When MS Radio Access capability uses alternative coding with "Additional access
technologies struct" (see below), Access Technology Type is not displayed
(instead, an additional "Length in bits" is displayed)

See attached pcap file, and look at first message GMM Attach Request.

Note that this pcap file has been generated from an internal proprietary trace
format, but the content of GMM Attach Request message is the one sent to the
network.
