Build Information:
Compiled (64-bit) with GTK+ 3.16.4, with Cairo 1.14.2, with Pango 1.36.8, with
GLib 2.44.1, with libpcap, with libz 1.2.8, with POSIX capabilities (Linux),
without libnl, with SMI 0.4.8, with c-ares 1.10.0, without Lua, without Python,
with GnuTLS 3.3.15, with Gcrypt 1.6.3, with MIT Kerberos, with GeoIP, with
PortAudio V19-devel (built Aug 18 2014 05:42:57), with AirPcap.

Running on Linux 4.1.8-200.fc22.x86_64, with locale en_US.UTF-8, with libpcap
version 1.7.3, with libz 1.2.8, GnuTLS 3.3.18, Gcrypt 1.6.3, without AirPcap.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU       M 540  @ 2.53GHz

Built using gcc 5.1.1 20150618 (Red Hat 5.1.1-4).

Upon 1st startup of Wireshark, the packet list is completely minimized to the
point that it's invisible.  A new user doesn't even know that it's there, or
that it even exists.  After a couple of times of going through this, I now know
to drag the packet list window open upon 1st startup, but a new user will not
know this & likely think the program is broken, as well as experience quite a
bit of frustration.

I am working on Fedora 22 KDE 5, but I have seen this very same thing on the
XFCE desktop as well.

SUMMARY
Upon 1st startup, all 3 windows (Packet List, Packet Details, Packet Bytes)
should be open & visible.  None of them should be completely minimized by
default.
