Running on Linux 3.13.0-48-generic, with locale en_US.UTF-8, with libpcap

Built using gcc 4.8.4.

Unable to see ICMP packets in a trace captured with WEP 128 encryption on
ubuntu machine. LLC packets are displayed instead. Able to decrypt and see the
ICMP on windows machine. Both machines are running version 1.12.7
