It Seems Wireshark is asuming that Windows typical encoding is used also, but
PXE roms may have this bug... i can attach a network cord an listen for normal
DHCP packets and checking the result.

It seems we have two packet Byte-Endians. One for PXE (Intel) and one for
normal DHCP (Windows).

I will look into the PXE RFC by intel to find out what Encoding is used.
