col_get_text() is declared extern rather than WS_DLL_PUBLIC, making it unusable
from plugins built on OSX (and likely Windows as well). I get

Undefined symbols for architecture x86_64:
  "_col_get_text", referenced from:
      _dissect_rs in packet-tibrs.c.o
ld: symbol(s) not found for architecture x86_64

Is there a specific reason col_get_text() is not declared WS_DLL_PUBLIC?
