What happens if you do the following?

1) Obtain a Known Good Executable, e.g.

Process Explorer:
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb795533

or Process Monitor:
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896645

2) Copy or rename the Known Good Executable to wireshark.exe

3) Start Password Safe and Repository Personal Free

4) Try running the new wireshark.exe
