Build Information:
wireshark v1.99.8rc0-90-g99ab5c9 (and also v1.99.8rc0-94-g93592e4)
cmake version 3.2.3

With cmake, the ASN.1 dissectors are not regenerated.

mkdir build && cd build
echo '/* test */' >> asn1/h225/packet-h225-template.c
cmake .. && make -C asn1

Expected result:
epan/dissectors/packet-h225.c should be regenerated.

Actual result:
File is not updated.
