Does it look like it will have its own "dissector registered API" (like
conversation, endpoints and soon-to-be SRT/RTD) due to commonality with the rtp
stream code, or should this really wait until Guy's "stat architecture"
(https://www.wireshark.org/lists/wireshark-dev/201506/msg00022.html) is
implemented?

Admittedly TShark stats are the easiest to add (because of the very small "GUI"
layer), but I'd really like to stop the inconsistency between the GUIs so that
all GUIs have all of the same stats and that would best be achieved through
Guy's suggested improvements.
