I'm decoding a packet, have used "expand subtrees" and found the value of
interest, then used "apply as column". It now appears in the top pane, but with
an obnoxiously-huge width, 400 pixels or so. It only needs to be about 120.
When I mouse over the column border, I get the resize control, and clicking it
I am able to make the column even *wider*, just not any narrower.
