Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

I am using Powershell version 2.0 on our build system, and for some reason, the
current wireshark win-setup.ps1 script downloads all necessary archives, but
does not extract them. If the directory names are provided, a directory is
created, but it is empty.
