The wireshark gui have excellent tools for tracing SIP calls and extracting RTP
payload: see
https://ask.wireshark.org/questions/40276/how-do-i-extract-a-voip-call-using-the-display-filter
for example. Unfortunately no ready-made solution exist for tshark so it's
impossible to use in practice except of very small-scale setups: too much
manual clicking required.

Would be very handy if this existing functionality would be exposed in tshark
as well to allow batch processing of *.pcap files containing VoIP capture
(among other things) to conveniently extract CDR (call data records) and
corresponding RTP payloads the same way it's done in gui but in much more
automated way.
