Something must be broken with the Qt Decode As (or Qt doesn't support the
"dynamic" Decode As that was added awhile ago).  When I run the 1.99 master GTK
version, I only get CAN data proposition.  Admittedly, though using Decode As
for CANOpen is very new, previously it was just a preference from the CAN
dissector.

CANOpen only runs over CAN bus, not TCP.
