When Wireshark loses focus, the background color of the Packet List and Packet
Details frames fades/changes from white to light grey.
Note that the Packet Bytes frame does *NOT* do this. So, at the very least
behavior is inconsistent.
Having the background color change is excessively distracting because it covers
so large an area. Having the menus and scrollbars and other "chrome" fade is
sufficient.
