Can I ask why do you want the wireshark.pc file installed? It's not like
Wireshark installs the header files, etc., necessary to do Wireshark dissector
or plugin development.

(I think I remember making the same comment when the file was added in cmake
builds and I think Balint had a response but I can't find the email trail...)
