Wireshark not able to read updated ikev2_decryption_table file unless it not
being refreshed from Gui  from Edit->preference->Protocol->isakmp

We need to parse decrypted IKE_AUTH packets using tshark and for this will be
copying the file "ikev2_decryption_table" in wireshark folder and then pasre
the ike_auth packets using tshark command.

problem in wireshark:

Wireshark not able to read the updated file "ikev2_decryption_table" to decode
IKE_AUTH packet. User has to go to GUI and select the refresh button from the
location as specified in Summary.

Please fix the issue.
