When trying Wireshark's ip_checksum() to calculate checksum for the provided
capture file it looks like the capture has wrong endian for the checksum field.
 I get this for the first frame: "Checksum: 0x4209 (incorrect, should be
0x0942)".  Are you able to check if my assumption is correct?

Where in the spec is the 8 byte time field for the data PDU described?  I find
one for the ack PDU, and this should be supported in the current dissector.
