We believe this is a bug in Wireshark with Option 125 Suboption: (1) 
option-len where Wireshark always expects 1 but specification is more flexible.

We believe we have reviewed the code in
packet-bootp.c::dissect_vendor_cl_suboption() for version 1.99 of wireshark and
the bug still exists, thus we are filing this report.
