The command line help says:
-f <capture filter>      packet filter in libpcap filter syntax

I read this as the "-f" option value accepts only filters in libpcap syntax.
So far the behavior of wireshark is correct at this point...

Anyway, I can understand your request. 
But the question is, how we implement this best way. For example new parameter
like "-fp" for filter predefined? Or the "-f" option handle this, too?
And is this in general desired to pass pre definied filters via command line?
Maybe same experienced wireshark-developers can help here...
After this is resolved, I offer to take a look at the implementation :-)
