Isn't it confusing that different types of extension headers behave
differently?
Also, why does it make sense that an IPv6 Authentication extension header would
be inside IPv6 if it comes before Mobility extension header and below it if it
comes after Mobility extension header?
I think that it only makes sense if all extension headers are inside IPv6 or
all of them below it.
