PCAP with ANI option in PBU message

Build Information:
Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

As per RFC 6757, ANI option is included in PMIPv6 protocol PBU message. When
the PCAP having Binding update is opened in Wireshark, it does not decode the
contents of the ANI option. The ANI option is decoded but when expanded, it
says IE data not dissected yet.

PCAP file is attached with 2 sub-options in ANI option.
