Thanks, that looks reasonable, except: I see two spots where
rpc_call->proc_info is assigned a pointer returned from an rpc_procs lookup,
one here in dissect_rpc_indir_call(), the other in dissect_rpc_message(), and I
think you're patching only the former though it's likely the latter I'm
hitting.
