Discovered while working on Pcap.Net (http://pcapdot.net).

In the attached pcap file there's a single DNS packet with 3 Answer RRs.
The 3rd Answer RR is an A6 RR.
The A6 RR has a field called "Address Suffix".
The bytes for this field are "4b129fc3b8752b67df626482e79f"
However, the value Wireshark gives to this field is
"303a:3462:3132:3a39:6663:333a:6238:3735".

I don't know how Wireshark calculates that value but and I couldn't find
something in RFC 2874 that explains it.
