Discovered while working on Pcap.Net - http://pcapdot.net.

In the attached pcap file there's a single IPv6 packet with Mobility Options
extension header that includes a Local Mobility Anchor Address mobility option.
This option has an Option-Code field that is being parsed for 2 bytes resulting
with the value 512.
This option also has a Reserved field that is being parsed for 2 bytes
resulting with the value 124.
However, according to RFC 5949, section 6.2.2, the Option-Code field and the
Reserved field should be single byte fields.
