Discovered while working on Pcap.Net (http://pcapdot.net).

The attached pcap file contains a single IPv6 packet with Mobility Options
extension header that includes a MESG-ID mobility option.
This option is parsed with Subtype, Mobility SPI and Authentication Data
fields.
According to RFC 4285, Section 6, Mobility option 10 (MESG-ID) should only
contain a 64 bit Timestamp field.
So this option is parsed completely differently than how it should be.
