I have most of this done, but I'm not sure about two points, maybe you can help
me out with this. 

What is 0xbb supposed to represent ? I see it in the trace but cannot find it
in MEF16, though length seen in trace is 42 octets, and undissected length
remaining is only 2 octets.

Similarly, the sequence of information in Bandwidth Profile sub-information
(section 5.5.3.9, referred throughout document as section 5.5.3.8 instead)
element is not specified. Is it either all the magnitudes and multipliers are
specified or none ? The trace you provided has only one packet with UNI Status
+ Bandwith profile sub-info element, whose length is 1, and is missing
everything after octet 3.

The layout shown in Figure 20 does not match up to the length shown in Figure
20 (0b1100 =  12), as calculated length comes out to be 14. If you can provide
a trace that includes these elements, it would be very helpful.
