I'm trying out the test build provided for bug 10426, and that version no
longer handles any 6LoWPAN contexts.

All packets I've inspected have their elided fields shown as zero bits.

In the attached trace, packet 21 is an ICMP RA providing the context options,
but packet 23 which uses the context is not decoded correctly, leading to an
incorrect source address and an ICMP checksum error.
