The display filters are already stored in a separate file, just copy it from
Wireshark's configuration directory to the configuration directory on the other
machine:

$ cat .wireshark/dfilter_macros 
# This file is automatically generated, DO NOT MODIFY.
"test","ip.src == 0.0.0.0"
