When Selective Acknowledgement blocks are present in the TCP header, only the
selective left edges and selective right edges are displayed in the Packet
Details pane. The Kind and Length fields are not displayed, and it is not
possible to do right-click filtering on them.

This bug is also present in the 1.10.8 GTK+ version.
