It appears that decode of the cancel location map operation is incorrect. It
does not appear to decode the sequence of parameters and thinks that the first
octet after the map operation should be either "IMSI" or "IMSI with LMSI"
This means that any other parameters after the "IMSI" or "IMSI with LMSI" are
not being decoded. I have attached a screen capture of the decode
