ICMP packets, some with comments

This trace file can be used to recreate the issue.

Packets 13-18 have comments.

Open of trace file in non-QT based Wireshark

Apply display filter of: !10.16.3.1

Packets 13-18 are now excluded.

Packet 1 is selected.

Open the "Expert Infos" dialog (double click on LED icon in the lower left
corner of Wireshark's main window).

Select the "Packets Comments" tab in the "Expert Infos" dialog.

Double-click on one of the frame comments. 

An empty "Edit or Add Packet Comments" dialog will be displayed.

Enter a comment such as "This is another comment" and click "[Ok]"

The "Expert Infos" dialog will be updated with packet 1 (or whatever packet was
selected in the Packet list" as now having the new comment.
