I've added some support for Apple's DLT_PKTAP to libpcap and tcpdump in the
current trunk.

Could somebody who has Mavericks and an iOS machine that supports RVI try
attching the iOS machine to the Mac running Mavericks, set up an RVI, and
running the attached compiled version of tcpdump (don't use the -w flag, just
have it print the traffic), capturing from the RVI?  It should recognize and
print the traffic; if it doesn't, please indicate that in a comment.

(That version of tcpdump *does* successfully read the attached capture file.)
