Hi, Pascal Quantin:

    Yes, the opcode is 46, but the MAP version is v2. In MAP v1 and v2, the
local value should be ForwardSM, not MO-ForwardSM. The MAP MO-ForwardSM and
MT-ForwardSM are used since MAP v3.
