I opened the capture file using your Lua script, and it appears to be
working... at least in the sense that UDP/TCP parse their headers offset by the
1 octet your encapsulation dissected in Lua.  The TCP stream does look screwed
up in terms of missing segments/acks/etc., but I'm not sure what the "bug" is
you're seeing - what is it you expect to happen that isn't happening?
