libnl, without SMI, without c-ares, without ADNS, without Lua, without Python,
with GnuTLS 3.2.4, with Gcrypt 1.5.3, without Kerberos, without GeoIP, without
PortAudio, with AirPcap.

Running on Linux 3.12.7+, with locale en_US.utf8, with libpcap version 1.3.0,
with libz 1.2.8, GnuTLS 3.2.4, Gcrypt 1.5.3, without AirPcap.
        Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz

Built using gcc 4.8.1 20130909 [gcc-4_8-branchrevision 202388].

The offsets of the Reserved16 and subsequent InformInfo fields are wrong.
Additionally, RMPP type 0 is reported as "Illegal". That's not correct - RMPP
version 0 is allowed according to the InfiniBand specification.
