My role here is the middle guy/customer, not a programmer, a simple router and
sniffer guy, needing to fix a nasty issue.  I'm just doing my due
dilligence/follow up.

I'm dependent on Mike/Guisys and any interested WS developers.  I am exploring
other options.

People are asking me how to find the data that's lost on the link the Guisys
device is monitoring, but I can't do that without a decode.

Appreciate all the interest so far, hoping/praying to get real traction soon.
