"gsm2p6_4_china.stk" is probably a text file.  If it is, look for lines that
start with

    RELATION "BASE"

and list some other protocol, in quotes, after "BASE"; that should indicate
what the first protocol is.  (There may be more than one such line, in which
case different packets might have different first protocols; you may have to
try each one.)
