PortAudio V19-devel (built Jul 26 2013), with AirPcap.
Running on 64-bit Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1, build 7601, with
WinPcap version 4.1.3 (packet.dll version 4.1.0.2980), based on libpcap version
1.0 branch 1_0_rel0b (20091008), GnuTLS 2.12.18, Gcrypt 1.4.6, without AirPcap.
Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1220 V2 @ 3.10GHz, with 32605MB of physical
memory.

How to reproduce:
With a capture that has RTP traffic,
Open the RTP Streams window – Tools, RTP, Show All Streams
Click on a column heading of a numberic column such as Max Delta
Problem: the rows are sorted alphabetically, rather than numerically.
Eg the rows are ordered 1,10,11,2,20,3,33 rather than 1,2,3,10,11,20,33
