Could you add a new entry in the comment section above explaining what's the
purpose of this flag? We already an explanation for all the other flags.

Honestly I hope Microsoft will change its mind and that we will not need to
switch VerifyVersionInfo API: it will require multiple calls to identify the
running OS (see bug 9297 comment #4 for details).
According to
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/ms724429%28v=vs.85%29.aspx,
we might switch to GetFileVersionInfo but it's gonna be painful also.
Maybe they will come up with another API before killing completely
GetVersionEx...
