Hi Bill
Thanks for your prompt reply.  I am attaching traces that show the issue.  I
have a feeling that it's same issue that was reported by Mat in 2011.  Has the
patch been added to later versions?  If not, where can I download the patch and
what is the procedure to install it or add it?
