I suppose for now, a reasonable work-around would be to use
"%Cus:frame.number:0:R" in place of "%m".

BTW, I know the '0' is the occurrence number (0=all, 1=1st, 2=2nd, ...,
-1=last), but what's the 'R' for?

I'll take that as confirmation of the bug, so changing the status to
