Why?  Starting with "All Files" gives you the most shown files, and it filters
down from there, with second most number of files being the "All Capture
Files", with individual file extensions listed in rough order of
commonality/popularity.

I've seen many Windows applications where "All Files" is last, but given the
number of different file types, it seems a bit "out of reach" to have it at the
end.

Tempted to mark this as WONTFIX.
