This feature has been removed in trunk with r52506 and in trunk-1.10 with
r52507 since it caused bug 9044 and its implementation appeared to still suffer
from some flaws and we're nearing a new development release date with stable
release dates not too far away either.

If the feature can be fixed so it works reliably, and if it can accommodate
users' preferences (such as having the option to display the gunzip'd data or
not), then it can be merged back in later, but for now, "Follow TCP Stream" is
just too important of a feature not to be working correctly so this enhancement
feature had to go.
