It's "fixed" in the sense that, if you use macosx-setup.sh from a version of
the Wireshark source that includes my updates to that script in such a way as
to build the support libraries against the appropriate SDK and with the right
flags, and also build Wireshark against the same SDK and with the right flags,
the resulting Wireshark should work on the release for which that's the SDK and
on all later releases.

It's not "fixed" in the sense that the current Official dmgs for 32-bit
Wireshark are built for 10.5 and the Official dmgs for 64-bit Wireshark are
built for 10.6, so it's not as if it's "fixed" in the sense that you can
download 1.10.1 and install and run it on all versions of OS X on which it
should run.

I.e., it's a fix that hasn't yet been incorporated into an Official Release, so
people will still be seeing the problem.
