Gerald indicated in e-mail that:

According to Preview's Inspector tool the lighter-blue fins had a
"Generic RGB" color profile assigned. I couldn't find a way to remove
the profiles in Preview so I set them all to "Color LCD" instead under
the assumption that that's the typical output device type. The result of:

  iconutil -c iconset Wireshark.icns
[ Assigning the "Color LCD" profile to Wireshark.iconset/* in Preview ]
  iconutil -c icns --output Wireshark_color_lcd.icns Wireshark.iconset
  oldiconutil Wireshark_color_lcd.icns

is attached. According to Preview all of the images now have the
"Generic RGB" profile set, but fin colors are more consistent.
