Patch to fix

Build Information:
Built/Verified on OSX 10.8

The latest source doesn't properly configure GTK from the macosx-setup.sh
script. The Gtk configure doesn't have the command line argument
"--disable-cups--without-libtiff". After inspection of the script, its clear
the intent is to disable cups for Mac OSX. Changed flag to --disable_cups.
