Wireshark 32 bit with GTK3 on Win7

Tested with r51470, installation download from
http://www.wireshark.org/download/automated on my home Win 7.
64 bit - works as expected
32 bit - with same result. Secondary monitor must be on the left side! See
attachment - popup menu is on the left monitor and X offset changes as moving
mouse on main monitor.

Font in Windows 7 looks a little bit better. 
1) GTK2 on Win Vista - font is "cleartyped" with shadowed edges (RGB colors) -
looks fine
2) GTK3 on Win Vista - font is "cleartyped" with shadowed edges (black & gray
colors) - looks hideous
3) GTK3 on Win 7 - font with mixed "cleartyped" (black & gray colors) and sharp
edges  - looks hideous
