Capture with wrong shown pn_mrp LinkUp

Build Information:
Build on Ubuntu x86.

When capturing a pm_mrp LinkUp message it is shown in Info-Field as a LinkDown
message. In 1.8.3 this worked correct. When taking a look into the pn_mrp frame
the MRPTLV_Header.Type shows correct "LinkUp". Have a look at packet 7 in
attached capture.
