    As suggested in https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=9011 :

    Rename packet-cmd.c to packet-cisco-metadata.c .

    Assign copyright to the author.

    Also add the dissector to cmake (oops, should have been in r51198!).
