Hi,
Here is a patch to completely switch Bluetooth dissectors from emem to wmem,
because last time only allocations have been done. Now it is time to replace
emem trees by wmem trees.

Also in this patch: fix typo in epan/wmem/wmem_tree.h and add modelines in
epan/dissectors/packet-hci_* dissectors (now all Bluetooth dissectors use one
coding style).

All suggestions are welcome.
