Build Information:
stable 1.10.0

Testing Wireshark 1.10.0 on OSX 10.9 "Mavericks" it is only possible to capture
packets from the local machine. Seems promiscuous mode does not work under OSX
10.9. 

Used the same setup for long time with previous OSX versions, so the setup is
fine.
